what would u do if u were in bhumijaa's place

personally i would let mr. jaisingh handle it ..... let him take care ok karan .... since bhumijaa is engaged to a nice guy then why spoil rest of the life

Dear Trupat:

I do not like contemplating the question from Bhumja's perspective because I cannot claim to know for certain what action should be taken. However, I strongly believe that a raped person should report the rapist to local authorities. It is important that rapists be reported to local officials for reasons that are threefold:
1) The victim should attain justice for her suffering.
2) The rapist should suffer for his heinous crime.
3) The perpetrator should be deprived of the open opportunity to commit any such acts in the future against any person.

P.S. Please note that this is a gendered outlook. This advice cannot be applied to all cases as each victim's situation is unique. Moreover, since most third world countries are pervaded by corrupt local officials, I cannot advocate filing reports of rape in those cases for it is likelier to bring suffering upon the victim's head rather than that of the rapist's.

yah!you are right .main baat hai karan ko saza mile woh to harsh se acchi koi de hi nahi sakta.police main jana to apni hasi udane wali baat hai.

I agree with both of, you, it is very hard to contemplate a person's view when a person has been raped, the situation is very fragile and delicate...

i agree wid all 3 of u.. when someone is raped durin der own engagement... m sure dey loose all ders brains at tht point to think.. but da local authorities shud kno bout it..
