How did meethi end up in pakistan?

Can someone tell me how Meethi devi ended up in pakistan? Train exploded near station and there was no water like stream or lake? how did she get swept to pakistan? i am not able to understand that? am i missing some some twist?

Terrorist threw her down from running train in river that led to Pakistan coz she returned to train insisting terrorist ate pakodas . Terrorist was exasperated , she did not want to eat pakodas . She simply wanted to blast the train without disturbance .

Meethi climbed the train leaving anni behind ...

Fida was shocked to see this, she had a soft heart for her, so when the train was moving , crossing a river, she pushed Meethi , she wanted Meethi not to die in the blast..

Thus, Meethi flowed and reached Pakistan !
