Quick Recap to the previous OS: Tej is out of Jail with ACP Chaubey's help to take revenge on Ayesha(In earlier OS's Ayesha had got Tej Arrested for trying to misbheave with her). ACP CHaubey has a secret crush on Ekadish and wants to marry her. He gets Tej out of jail. In return Tej agrees to help Chaubey marry Ekadish. Ayesha in Market Buying Apples for her mom. Meanwhile Nani is also in market. Nani is fighting with shopkeeper to reduce price of tomatoes by Rs 1.😆 Neru is in Atisgarh. She is unconscious with high fever. Akash has gone to call Doctor for neru.

Agarth Mama is hiding behind the door and looking at Neru with evil intentions.
Mama is smiling and thinking "wat a young and cute girl. Kaha main use pagal kadambari(his wife) ke saath phas gaya"🤣
Agarth Mama waits until Akash leaves and then tries to take undue advantages of Neru being unonscious.😡
Agarth Mama enter's Neru's room.
Neru is in semi conscious state. She is getting a dream about falling in Akash's arms.
Neru is shocked and unable to believe it.
She keeps picturizing young and handsome akash catching her and preventing her from falling.
Neru is smiling in sleep and utters "Akash"😳😳😳😳
Agarth is shaken hearing it. He is slowly and Stealthily approaching Neru with a evil grin😲😲😲
Meanwhile Neru in her sleep picks up a flowepot kept on the side table and throws it at Agarth.🤣
The flower pot hits Agarth's stomach. Agarth shouts in pain and is shocked.
Neru now picks up a water tumber in her unconscious state and throws at Agarth. It hits Agarth's nose.
Agarth is super mad now.
Mama: Ye ladki to badi hi Khatarnak hain😕😕😕🤣 (very dangerous girl).
Meanwhile Neru is still dreaming abt Akash.

Neru gets a dream abt akash calling her.
Akash: Neru uu uuu uu u. Come to me. 😳😳😳😳😳 Akash is calling her holding a red rose in his hand.
Neru is running towards Akash.Janu u u u u u u.😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳
Neru in her sleep gets up and begins to walk.
Agarth is super shocked and scared. 🤣🤣🤣
Agarth: This girl walks in her sleep too? Ye to bahut hi khatarnak lagti hain.😲😲😲😲😕😕😕
Now neru in her sleep begins to walk towards Agarth.
Agarth: Is this a real girl or a ghost?😲😲😲😲 Neru picks up a candle.
Agarth is super scared.

Agarth thinks Neru is a ghost and runs away. 🤣🤣🤣
Neru again loses balance and falls on the floor and falls asleep there.
Akash is searching for a doctor but is unable to find anyone.
Meanwhile on Atisgarh highway someone's car has got punctured.
Dr Vishal is frustrated.
Vishal: Oh god😲 Why did my care get punctured in the middle of highway. There's no garage here.
Vishal looks around. Dry fields. Small village houses.
Vishal is shocked. OMG how will i get help here😲😲
I just got this silver colored nissan sunny 10 days back and it punctured? 😡🤣🤣
Meanwhile Akash is passing by and notices Vishal and his car.
Akash: Sir what are u doing here? Any problem?
Vishal: Im a doctor and i was visiting mumbai for a special conference but my car got punctured.
Akash: ur ur ur a doctor?🤗 Plz plz help me. A girl in my house is having heavy fever and there's no one to treat her. I'll get ur car repaired.
Vishal agrees.
VIshal comes to Atisgarh haveli and examines Neru.
Vishal: Bhai she has high fever. I'm giving u a prescription. Get these medicines asap.
Vishal gives her an antiviral injection.
Neru screams in her sleep "Akash".
Akash: How does she know my name😲??
Akash thanks Vishal.
Meanwhile Akash calls his younger bro Sankrant and asks him to repair Visha's car and also bring medicines from town for the girl (neru).
Sankrant: Ji Bade bhaiyya. I ll repair his car dont worry. and bring medicines too. dont worry.
He leaves.
Akash: Dr ur fees?
Vishal: I dont take fees from people in need. Moreover ur helping me with my car. So fees are really not needed.
Akash offers water to vishal which he readily accepts.
Vishal gives his card to Akash and says "In future if u need any help feel free to contact me"😃
Akash and Vishal shake hands. Vishal leaves.😃
(Scene cuts to Ayesha Nani and others)
Tej aims a Banana at Ayesha. Ayesha's purse slips so she ducks down. The banana goes and hits Nani.
Nani's sari is covered in Banana.
Nani looks around and looks at Tej Singh.
Nani: Ram Hi Rakhe. Tej Singh???!!!😲😲😲🤢😕😕 U were in jail. How did u come out? (ayesha with nani and disha's help had sent tej to jail).
Nani picks up a tomato and aims at Tej. Tej ducks. The tomato hits a coconut seller.
He's mad. He thinks the tomato seller threw tomato at him. He throws a coconut.
But it hits a mango seller. The mango seller throws a mango which hits a pumpkin seller.
Soon every body is throwing fruits and vegetables at each other. In this confusion Ayesha escapes.
Tej: Hat se nikal gayi jalpari i i i i. 😡🤣
Ayesha reaches home safely.😃
Tej is soon hit with a pumpkin and falls down.🤣🤣
