How did they end his character? He went somewhere like last time.. or they killed him?

Dnt knw his char is ended or not, but in article it was mentioned that there will be a action scene before his exit. They had shown chauby said ratore his 1st wife malavika was alive, on the day of teej, ratore goes in a car and didn't pick tapu's call

I heard that he is going to quit Utaran and I hope this stupid show gives him proper closure. Let Rathore and Tapasya go on a world tour or something. A happy ending!
