my target was not on shobhi .i am saying this in general .i said it because i have hearing this right from child hood from elder .that it is badly hurt by plaster

shobhi i know it as i'd also plastered my foot tho that plaster was Lt. wt. which my BIL gave 2 that ortho dr.my BIL is also a dr. and it only covered sumpart of my lower leg alongwid my foot but still i cudn' take bath properly or walk outside. but i'd 2 walk in the house so that my leg won't bcum stiff.

ok leg cannot be lift but my target is not u shobhi .i was talking in general

yup thats necessary if u wont walk ur leg willl bcom stiff and thats another problem
