Good news for Tina fans, she is not leaving the role of Ichcha/Meethi...she decides to continue with Uttaran!
Tina Dutta's 'starry' stint in FilmFarm Productions' long-running show for Colors, Uttaran will continue. Well, the news that made headlines over the past few days was the apparent replacement of Tina Dutta from the show. It was reported that Tina's starry tantrums irked the channel so much that they called for a replacement and the production house followed suit and started to look for an alternate.
The news coming in now is that the production house has managed to sort out things again. And Tina will apparently continue with Uttaran. Having said this, it is not the first time that Tina's behaviour has frustrated one and all on the sets.
Says a reliable source, "Tina would never report on sets at the given time. All this took a toll and forced the channel to call for a replacement.
However, the production house did manage to sort things out. And this is not the first time that they have managed to convince the actor to do what they want of her. And Tina by herself has put in her papers nearly four times till date."
Reasoning out, our source further states, "The flip side of this is that Tina is not as big as the show Uttaran. Though popularity has hit her big time, she does understand that she has to 'live and let live' at the end of the day."
And at this phase where Uttaran needs to up its ratings in order to sustain the existing competition, the makers, channel as well as actors realize that 'moving on' is the order of the day.
