I don't think Icha deserves this... and I was surprised to see Jogi didn't do anything when she was treated so badly.

But I think they were showing it to the EXTREME so that Mukta can see this behaviour and decide in favour of marrying Tej to get Icha her rights back.

That was the ONLY purpose of showing her in the hospital and witnessing Icha's humiliation.

When she decides to marry Tej - Rathore/Tapasya will stop that from happening and that's when there will be more drama!
