Thanks for the written update but I don't understand why Ichha is saying that Tapu left Mukta to die on a stormy night😕 because that isn't even the truth. Was she intending to poison Mukta's mind the wrong way about her mother? And nor do I see what importance it would be telling Mukta that Ichha raised her for one year or that Nani threw her when she thought she was a road child. Clearly she didnt know that was her granddaughter. What exactly does Ichha wish to prove?😕 Does she think Mukta will even believe her?

SO very sorry SRKLuvr, it was my mistake that I wrote the dialog wrong. (see my edit in the WU above).

Even though, the dialog that Icha said was not true either... Tapasya didn't leave Mukta on the side of a road, she left it in front of an orphanage on that stormy night... but our CVs seem to have amnesia in matters like these!

I am sorry I 'assumed' what Icha would have said about that night because of the momentary cutoff in the video I watched and the half dialog I heard. I corrected my mistake but I hope I didn't offend any Tapasya fans with my 'assumption'!!

Coming to your other points, if Mukta comes to know the truth about her being left in front of the orphanage by her own mother, then being stolen by a thief and left to die on a highway, then being picked up by Icha/Damini and being cared for by Icha for the first two years of her life (it was two years, not one as Divya herself mentioned a few episodes ago)... it will give her an entirely different picture of her mother and she may stop thinking of her mother is the 'victim' in this scenario... Divya even said that if Mukta comes to know the entire truth, she may actually start hating Tapasya and maybe even the rest of the Thakur family for keeping the real truth from her.

Mukta may or may not believe her, but at least that will make her stop and think that Icha is not as evil or clever or forever scheming/plotting/planning to create hatred as Nani has portrayed her to be!

Of course, I'm not saying that Nani knew at that point that Mukta was Tapu's daughter when she literally threw the baby away, but wouldn't you stop and think that one person (Icha) picked up a baby from the roadside and brought her up as her own, and the other person (Nani) was about to throw the baby away JUST because it was picked up from the road?? Wouldn't that give her a different picture of Nani's character as well?

And NO, being an Icha fan, I would say a character like her would NEVER EVER think of poisoning ANYONE's mind against anyone except maybe probably Nani who DESERVES to be poisoned against!!!!!!!

Icha has promised Divya that she won't tell Mukta the truth about her early years because she doesn't want her to hate Tapasya or anyone else in the family... I'm sure Icha wasn't planning on breaking her promise, she was just threatening and bluffing Nani because she knew that was one thing that MAY help in extracting the truth from Nani.

Because of her promise to Divya, she stopped Jogi/Damini from almost blurting out the truth about Icha caring for Mukta in the first two years of life when Mukta was being extremely rude to her!
