The player has to give a name of a person or a thing, and the next person has to post a pic of that person/thing/animal etc, as demanded by the previous player, and then, along with the pic, the player has to give a name of a person/thing/animal for the 3rd player and so on...
You are allowed to Give one name at a time and post one name at a time.
