Ichha s blunder..is it pardonable..?

We all know that Icha did not report to ploce ..etc. But at that stage they do not have the resources. She never let Veer know the truth even to Bundela parivar. Veer never triedto know the whole story...hard to decide who is at fault..but ultimately as a viewer it's Ichha's fault..does she deserve a penality for it.. whenall the evils like nani and co are against her..
