Which kids truth will be revealed first

Which kids truth which be revealed first:

1. Will Rathore and Tappu find out first that Mukta is their daughter
2. Will Veer and Ichcha find out first that kid with Rathore is their son

I think it would be 1 going by track record Tappu gets everything first - once Nani comes to know that Ichcha saved her gulab jammun's daughter she may reveal the truth to Veecha that the son Rathore Tappu are raising is theirs...but will Nani reveal it herself or will Pushkar tell Veecha first...or will the nurse come and tell Veecha when she accidently bumps into Veecha or Ichcha one day...

Whatever happened to the article which said the track would be Ichcha believes her child is still alive...CVS changed their minds??
