Bringing this interesting discussion back to my question 😆😆😆😆😆 ...

Are men interested in having children too? 😆
I REPEAT I UNDERSTAND RATHORE'S METHODS ARE CRUDE ... BUT I AM FOCUSING ON HIS DESIRE. He has such a craving that I have not seen in a man.
Mostly it is women who say "I want a baby" and men sort of play along with it because it is the acceptable thing to do. I have not seen a man go so obsessively all out saying "mujhe bachcha chahiye"

As a woman, I find myself intrigued with Rathore's desire for a baby.
I find it really sweet that he craves so much for a child.
I thought only women craved for a child -- and yes, I know that men want children too -- but my thinking it is because they want an heir or a part of themselves -- someone to take their name forward. I also think that men only start liking the experience of fatherhood AFTER the baby is born -- when they see the child, hold it in their arms etc.
But the way rathore just wants a baby -- to nurture and to have the experience of bringing up a child -- is something I have never seen before. It is adorable. He seems to be connected to the experience of being a dad right now itself.
I just want to ask men on the forum -- is this how all (or even most) of you feel towards fatherhood?
Thanks!! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Although not a man I can feel what Rathore and many other men feel--the divine joy of parenthood...It's something wondrous...It makes both fathers and mothers feel as though they are doing something unusually creative..⭐️.They feel proud...And a father becomes more conscious about the responsibility of maintaining his family.Rathore will make a good father,I feel. It's sad he has lost his first-born because of Tappu's fault.I wonder what kind of mother will Tappu make?

Tinoo o think i hv replied ur question tht ant NORMAL person wand his kid but i explain Rat method only to show tht his behavior is abnormal so his way of expression is also abnormal. I dont know from where u got impression tht only woman want baby. 😆 😆 for man.its even easier to wish as they don't hv to bear pain 😉

V cute i say! So adorable! 😛
May b even bcoz he was to have fami with taps n he loves her with no strings attached unconditionally too.. Its not for waris reason too, infact he brought diamond bangles as shagun right, obviously for a girl! About materialistic that coz he has money n he is expressing that way but even if he didnt still he woyld have got glass bangles too,. Never knew from that prespective that men too r that excited usually we see commitment phobics! One thing is for sure rathore is the most ideal man in this show comparetively!

This is not Rathod's DESIRE...Its his INSECURITY ( He lost his baby twice ) which is slowly turning into an OBSESSION and wants to CONTROL his destiny...because deep down he knows that destiny has wronged him and he wants to write his own destiny.

For me Rathore's behaviour looks like little abnormal..am feeling like he using tapasya for a baby and give expensive gifts just for that...
May be it's because of bad direction...

i think that rathod as a character is the most matured and layered character in the show.the way he handles tappu, naani, the way he balances his desire of getting a child with everyone else character is wot makes his journey so adorable!
i find his want fr a child absolutely desirable.it makes him sexy in an emotional and matured way.

And for me it is more than desire..its a longing..since he already lost 2 kids, i could see that pain in him and he wants to have a complete family. And to him without that child his family is still incomplete ..Gaurav expresses this pain so nicely

Hey very nice topic of discussion...most men actually desire but very less or none express the desire the way they are showing Rathore expressing it! I am sure Rathore has a past because of which he is what he is today...I don't remember exactly which episode..but he tells to daima in one of the episodes when Tappu is pregnant that this time he is not ready to lose what he lost in the past...I think he loses his wife and kid because of his arraogance or something...(CV's never showed us his story)..I will not be surprised if Kanha is Rathore's son too...I wonder why that entire family was introduced in the first place!! its my POV only...😊
