Need a clear meaning of UTTRAN

My first language is not Hindi and I missed the episode where it is being explained. Any volunteers out there who can give more insight into the meaning of UTTRAN.

Uttaran means using second hand stuff..(or maybe third/fourth/fifth hand!)

I guess the creative director had some traumatic experience with some second hand stuff sometime in his life...probably he got a second hand scooter or something which never started...and maybe he was emotionally so traumatized that he wrote an entire series on the tragedies of using second hand things!...the creative director got so carried away that he even started labeling people and relations as second hand too !!..like characters were made to move from one relation to another...and were labeled as "Uttarans"...in this serial. That means if "a" is in a relation with "b"...but eventually gets in a relation with "c"...so "a" is called "b's" Uttaran or second hand used material...(whatever that means!)

I hope I made the meaning clear in the context of this serial...if my explanation didn't make sense...dont worry --nothing makes sense in this serial.🤢
