But why did he choose Tappu?I mean he can be the father as money doesnot matters him!!

Do you think that it is a coincidence that whichever cards game he play with Tappu next to him he win all the games.Is it practically possible?

I doubt that it is all the plot by Rathorein choosing Tappu

So I think that there is something behind choosing Tappu,may be she is the one responsible for his child's death or someone from Tappu's family.
