During childhood, Veer could have played with Sanchi and told her playfully that he would marry her when they grew up and even might have played marriage game which small kids play... That may be the reason why Sanchi told that Veer cares for her a lot.. She too may be eying Veer and when Satya told that the next target is Veer, she did not seem to like it much.. But she may readily agree to accuse him of misbehaving with her...
