there r countless examples 2 prove that.

he was never confused abt his feelings😊.

he has loved her selflessly, never forced iccha 4 anything.👍🏼

iccha loves veer but she has not shown it too clearly.

I feel Ichcha's love towards Veer is equally strong coz she had accepted Tappu preggy news with gr8 equanimity. She never questioned Veer how it happened when he hated Tapasya so much. She gave her unconditional support to Veer.

So my vote is for 3rd option
