Are Veer and Tapsya divorced?

In todays episode Taps was constantly saying that veer is her husband. Are they divorced or not?

Tappu had signed and posted a mutual consent divorce paper given to her by Veer while she was scheming to get Ichcha married off to Vansh. To my knowledge that paper was never returned or torn away -- when Veer had to get Tappu back in his life. So, that paper and signature still should stand. Substantial time has passed since then - for divorce to be finalized I would think.

God! No offence or anything but some people need to learn law! Divorce papers were firstly returned and secondly would definitely not be valid after so much time and change of cicumstances! Also just by signing them divorce is not granted! So no if it were real life they havent divorced but since its reel they can show any bakwaas!🤢

Typically a divorce takes about 2yrs or more. If you say the papers were returned - then it will be different. When was it returned? Assuming it was not returned a signed document by an adult -- does not easily get nullified just like that. Perhaps Veer submitted it through his lawyer - and it is/has taken its course, we do not know. Yes, with the change of circumstances Tappu could contest -- and it will not be by mutual consent at that point. Plus, as ankit here mentioned, Nani stated clearly that Tappu is NOT Veer's wife anymore, and yes, both Nani and Tappu would have jumped on the legal bandwagon IF they could.

Since the correctness of the law is in question .... Well despite Tappu being a prime instigator to a major crime where one person is dead, another person has been shot at(Ichcha) by an accomplice(Sid) -- she is hanging around freely (on bail), seems free - with the past behind her, going around taking revenge, plotting mischief, getting jealous of Ichcha, being herself.... She is not consulting lawyer, not preparing for impending court time, not repenting, not having nightmares, nothing! Divya stated - her father has forgiven and Tappu has suffered enough !!! Well, not nearly enough according to real LAW. But then, as you said, this is serial-land.... not everything is like real. Do take it easy 😊

I dont know but this serial has never followed basic law in the first place and definitely those papers would not be valid now after such a change od circumstances! The judge would not only see that the husband accepted the wife of his own accord...filled sindoor in her maang...took her away with him introduced her to the world as his wife and even had a sexual relationship with her...now the judge would look very very carefully before granting divorce! But who am I kidding! This is just a stupid show! They wont get trps if they show logic unfortunately!🤢

its not confirmed if they r divorced ..... i think creatives will clarify it as needed

Taps baby also runied his brothers married life by putting doubts in his mind.
Taps also stole money from her own father and jwellery from their house to pay off Sid so that she is not exposed.
Instigating a sick man after which he shot himself and Taps remained quiet inspite of knowing the truth.

All these facts and many more show that Taps is not capable of maintaining any kind of social relationship, so Veer will be granted divorce very easily and a criminal trial will be initiated for Taps.

There are a number of witnesses to her admitting all these crimes including her own parents.
