We haven't seen much of Tina/ Iccha in Uttaran recently which whether your a Iccha fan or not is disappointing because it makes the story weak.
But the question comes that should Tina continue in her role as Iccha?
In the beginning I thought she should because for me Tina IS Iccha and I can't imagine anyone else playing her however for Tina the actress I don't think she should for Tina hasn't been given any other role then CRYING!
It's getting boring seeing Reshmi/ Tappu getting all the big story lines; been kicked out of the house, staying in the basti, her and Raghu, coming back home and now her plotting revenge. These are interesting story lines and give Reshmi a chance to show herself as an actress.
Tina has got what?! She's got a mad-woman telling her she has to act like a 14th century widow and that's it!
Even what should of been her biggest moment the unveiling of the REAL Tappu in front of everyone was stolen by Jogi.
So all we get is continuous crying which gets boring to say the least and the main theme of Uttaran now is EVIL WINS OVER GOOD!
I've come to the belief that as much as I want Tina to stay on as Iccha she should only do so if her character is given better story lines also that she as an actress gets to ACT and use her TALENT the same way Reshmi gets too.
These are just my thoughts.
