Tina to quit Uttaran?

According to a source, Ichcha has been troubling the makers of the show for a while now. "We have always found it tough to deal with Tina. She would often complain about trivial things like not getting a proper wig or a costume. She was not happy with the way the plot was going, and wanted to quit. We managed to convince her to stay as she plays a pivotal role in the show," he reveals.

"But this time, the production house will not try to get her back. However, it will take a few more days for them to take a call," he adds.

Another source from the show denies the development. He says, "It is true that Tina is not shooting for the show. She has just taken a break and we are not thinking of replacing her. " But there is a strong buzz that Pallavi Gupta of Bitto may be roped in to essay Ichcha's role. The actress, on being contacted, refuted the claim. She said, "It is not true. I have not got a call from anyone and I am not replacing anyone."
