I agree that Veer and Ichcha will get married but the question is whether Ichcha will be Tina or not. Unless Tina is leaving of her own accord, it is generally considered fatal for the serial to change the face of one the protagonists, however good or bad she may be. There will be a complete disconnect to the character of Ichcha if that happens.

Unfortunately that does not mean too much as channels shoot a bunch of episodes in advance. It is the reliability of the source that revealed or leaked this news that is in question.😕

Veer and Ichcha getting married could be but it wont look good if suddenly his bride is played by someone else, because people identify the character with the actor.

As long as there is no official confirmation ( both Tina's and Producer's mobiles are switched off) we can hope for Tina to stay.
