Uttaran Spl Episode ' 16^th Oct '10

Veer is upset that Ichcha yet again played with his feelings when he had begun to move away from her. He remembers their hug and is in tears when Mai comes to wish him happy birthday. She tells him that the family wants to see him move on and settle in life and Veer assures her he will.
Ichcha is in Vrindavan, in some hut-like place. She confides in God that she didn't want to be in the way of Veer and his family's happiness and that's why she chose to leave. Ichcha wishes Veer a very happy birthday and knows that he may be upset with her for leaving like this, but that there wasn't anything else she could do.
Jogi and Damini call to wish Veer. Damini senses tension in his voice and asks if he is upset cuz Ichcha left on his birthday. She tries to make him understand that ichcha never shares her worries with anyone. She confides in Jogi abt Veer being upset with Ichcha. But Jogi is lost in thoughts of Tapu and worried for her.
In the evening Veer comes home from work to find a birthday party awaiting him. Everyone wish him and Mai tells him that Vansh will be happy seeing them having a party on his birthday and that she wants to do everything for him that she cud not do for Vansh.
Veer and his family take blessings from God and Dadaji asks him to promise that he would restart his life afresh today. Ammaji joins the party and blesses Veer. Later she tells Mai that she is glad that they decided to get Veer remarried. Then Anandi and Jagya do a dance performance. Later the villagers come in and perform a folk dance, while the 'new girl' makes her entry when she drops her luggage etc crashing into the dancers. All look confused at who she is, since she has her face covered.

  ichha in the hut asking god to show her a way to forget veer...then she bowed her head and her forehead touched the sindoor kept there....and her maang got covered with sindoor wen she raised her head....
  
  veer's mom telling veer to get married again....and veer told her that he will marry any girl of her choice...

The channel made a complete hash of the special episode. The repeat was the correct one. They must have put in the same tape and yesterday's episode with a bit of today's ran twice. Cannot believe the incompetence of the channel.

Yes the only bit I enjoyed actually was Anandi and Jagya. Ammaji was ok her usual self. But it was nice to see Anandi happy and the hairstylist for a change had done a good job. Otherwise for me today Uttaran was a huge waste of time.
