I know very well about Ruchika case but im sure Nidhi will explain it to you as she is the law expert on this case😊 In fact she has already posted a thread about this b4...that Ruchika's case was much different😆

When it comes to law you look at the facts and the rules of the law itself. Emotions are not included in it. I only get emotionally side tracked at times because I do criminal justice studies and that includes the psychology of criminals which is extremely fascinating. And as regards to my starting law early yes I started it in 2007 in my college and this is my 4th year studying it. Not only law but I also study criminal justice and criminology as part of my university courses. So instead of calling my arguments immature I suggest you look them up first😆 Its the first thing someone learns about the law. There is no prosecution case without these two principles being established.

I dont understand why anyone would want to challenge what is so completely obvious Nidhi correct me if I am wrong but I have learn that there can be no case made if there is no mens rea and actus reus principle involved...expect in the cases of manslaughter and culpable driving causing death or serious injury...where the person was doing something against the law to begin with. ALso correct me if I am mistaken but here at least..if self defence is proven then reasonable force used to protect is perfectly fine and is a complete defence
