ur unbelieveable ji...go on purposely twisting my words! Do u tell me that jails are mostly effective? Look at crime rates in India first! I can tell u that here in Australia the money invested to make separate courts to deal with incidents related to drug and alcohol which contain the promise to go to rehabilitation as punishment. I can tell u the statistics say these are much more effective than jail...where drugs are smuggled in and the inmates live in relative comfort, get released then commit more crime and come back to jail...again get out...commit more crime then come back and the cycle goes on all their lives! but i never said jails should be emptied! I said that now that people know jail is not effetive as it should be...alternative methods of punishment must be found that actually work!

isnt rehabilitation good for society and for the indiviual? why invest money in tvs in jail when u can invest it in rehab programs!

completely agree with SRK. all the criminals should be rehabilitated according to his/her wish so that he/she would not commit any crime. As for Tappu's punishment after she is exposed she should be with with Veer who must be told clearly that he must love Tappu Baba as per her demand (whether he loves her or not) otherwise she will again be a criminal. Secondly, Ichha should be driving out of Thakur's home as she cannot see her to get the love and affection of Thakurs. If not she will again be revengeful. I think this will be a good punishment for Tappu, SRKji. ur making up stuff now ji! i request u to stop this! stop making ur own assumptions regarding my thoughts please! I said jail may be affective for people but on the whole when I hear people saying tht they delibertaely do crimes so they can come to jail u can see why I am skeptical in their effectiveness at DETERING crime! Rehab programs can only be affective for certain criminals...not the evil ones! For evil ones jail and being locked up in solitary confinement is best however their life is comfortable! like I say they get tv and cd players and no responsibilities!

But Ji what do police do then If all the prisoners are left free......They got to start rehabilitation centres kya??? 😕Then why study law and all waste of time Study Psychology and start the Centres 😳

if u say u studied it then u shud be able 2 quote the referance of the book author , chapter, page number, line number etc, Its very obvious jailmates who are serving punishment for their crimes wud support it, coz inspite of having every comfort, curtailment of independence is very painful
