Moderators, Memebers & Uttaran Team

To the Honourable Moderators, Members of IF and entire Uttaran Team, first of all let me ask for an excuse/apology from you all if I hurt anyone feelings and sentiments in any of my posts earlier by any harsh statements with or without my knowledge directly or indirectly.

My humble request is let us kindly acquire the qualities of a good leadership and to be unbiased while making any decisions towards others please. Only because you have control on the forum you cannot just simply close/shut down someone's post abruptly without any genuine reasons in an indecent, awkward, inhuman, clumsy, ungraceful, inelegant, rude, unpolished, unrefined, uncoordinated, manner please.

My grievance is closing someone's post without any cause seems to be very harsh in my view and I reiterate once again to be wise in making any such decisions towards others. Always give a benefit of doubt to others. If you really want to bring any situation under control you can do it in a more polite, pleasant, respectful, smooth, well-bred, gracious, amiable, cordial manner. There are so many means and ways in doing it. For instance, you can communicate your views and suggestions to the author of the relevant post by interacting in the same post. If you are not happy in doing it in public and if you also think that it'll aggravate, inflame, magnify the situation and lead you in more complications and also if you want to be a low profile, well you can still do it by using the feature, PM. If s/w engineers who constructed the IF website give this kind of user friendly feature, there should be some reasons behind it and those technical aspects and benefits of it we can see it now. So rather using the same for sending only high fives, let us also use it for more constructive manner from now on.

We all know and believe that, no one is perfect in this world. After all, we are human beings and human tendency is to commit mistakes. Learning how not to commit mistakes is essential for human survival. We should learn from our past mistakes and try not repeating the same again and again and make our lives lively, happier, merry, comfortable, cheerful, peaceful, delighted, blissful, peppy, flying high, on cloud nine and meaningful than before.

Forum is a nice media or platform for people to learn and share knowledge, experiences, culture, vocabulary so on and so forth. Frankly speaking, I rate IF as one of the best forums we have. Especially I feel proud and consider myself to be very lucky to be introduced to IF and in turn had an opportunity to interact with certain Forum Members and able to learn so many valuable things in my life and also had an opportunity to make pals with some of its esteemed members like Shivani, Shonuu, Cluelass, Sanjay Kedari, Dhriti_Roy, Neenu55, Payel Roy, Nuttycleo, Evita, Vaishalini, Vijaya_is, Sahera, Navneeta, Pinky666, Disha_sen, Whoa..,mighty_mouse, shyams SRKLuvr,...........

I am proud and happy to say that I have learnt a few nice things in my life from certain IF members, Modrators, Uttaran Team like:

Shivani : Giving importance to human values and life.

Shonuu : Giving value to true friendship, Sense of humor.

Sanjay : To support the right and deserved persons.

Cluelass : Meaning for ...A friend in need is a friend in deed

SRKLuvr: Even if you are alone, never give up any battle (hopes).

Kruthika N : Dedication and devotion towards your work

Ichcha : Sacrifice

Veer : Principles.

Jogi : Principles in life, ethics.

Ammoo : Forfeiting or to forgo certain things in life to give a better life to children.

Vansh : Will Power to come out of any addictions.

Director : A good and fabulous direction. Though, Tapasya appearance wise is soft and innocent, the Director made her to live up and also look good even in such a negative role that, really all the people started hating the said character. Well done Director, for bringing out the talent out of her by using your tremendous direction abilities. HATS OFF!!!

Well, we all know that members of this forum like Shonuu, Shivani, SRKLuvr, expressing, showering love and affection, concern, lending their support by writing posts to their loved or dear ones in their own way in a healthy manner without crossing any boundaries at any time (Mark it). For instance, as we go through their posts, we can make out that Shonuu & Shivani supports Ichcha and SRKLuvr supports Tapasya. Then why and what made Rupalband to get upset so much????? My query is what could have made her not to digest so much?

A bad work man always blames his tools!!!!!!

Why to bring disparities among human race in the name of region, religion, caste, Language, so on and so forth.

It was she, who made such nasty, feculent and verminous comments in her earlier post even using Individual's names (instead of using character names),
