both veer and iccha are at fault ..
but veer has at least tried to get rid of taps which iccha mata is not ready to accept ...
veer's fault - he has not completely exposed taps in front of b-toons ...
and iccha is absolutely at fault - she is a dumb moron female ..sorry to say but that's the truth ..
and the person who is gaining in between these 2 people - tappu baba ..
she is taken the situation under her control and is in an advantageous position now..
