Are Indian Audience Sadistic?

Really I dont get it.

Do the aunties and grannies who occupy majority of television in India enjoy watching Main leads being tortured , Crying, and always in Distress till the end of the show when 1 episode of happy ending is shown?

Do they relate such wet blanket characters to themselves?

Or rather they enjoy watching Immortal Villains/Vamps doing Worst sins one can even Imagine?(like getting your sister murdered).

I am extremely frustrated at this show Uttaran. and Uttaran is not the lead. There are worst show Like Choti Bahu (where lead is brutally shown to be burned but still keeps mum about the culprit) or may it be Na Ana is Des Laado (Where their is daily distress,Murders of woman, Child Murder etc etc is show).

These shows are not Social Awareness shows in my opinion they are rather sadistic/social joke shows.

and STILL THESE SHOW ATTAIN TOP POSITION IN TRP CHARTS.

How Come????

If these shows would be shown in US there would be 100 cases lodged against it in one day.

I Conclude my Long Speech by saying that Indian Audience are absolutely PATHETICALLY SADISTIC.

I guess people keeps on watching these shows with RAY of hope everyday ... and get dissapointed but hope remains, as all tele serials last episode (remember ONLY LAST EPISODE) is like all well that ends well ... be it Kahin to Hoga, Banu Mein Teri Dulhan, Kahani Ghar2 Ki, Maayaka etc etc ...

probably that's why indian viewers enjoy watching tv for
that's the basic masala recipe for a successful tv soap
a vamp who never gets caught and
tortures the lead with all the miseries of life
somebody's death , tears of the lead
and the lead gets killed ........but the lead wont die or utter a word against evil
evil dances with joy - doesnt get caught 😡
oh no ..............uttaran is in the same path
and it had claims of being different !!!!!!!!!

actually it is a mixture of all soaps of indian television ..😃

obvioiusly without doubt we are truning into one ...... when ever i see tapu reach for remote no words of crap and her down right disgusting expression make me sick , thats why stopped watching it for over a month , but had to come back caz of tina , only thing is this stuff started during kahani days with rape,remarriage , betrayl,abusing and crap and yet this sadisim wasnt highlighted the w ay its done in uttaran ,...... iam not saying uttaran is gud show iut was only thing is the success surely gotten into the useless teams minds who calll themselves creatives

by the look of these trps which show uttran to be the top ranking show of colors nad choti bahu to be of zee tv...i am sure probably they are...actully the reason is that tv is a must have in all the classes(i don't want to be discriminating) but aaj kal khane ko kuch ho na ho ek chawl ya jhopde mein bhi tv jaroor hoga..and it is all because of those people we have to suffer these kinda shows..unki life mein poverty hai aur dukh hi hai to woh log relate kar paate hai is type ke shows se...
