For a change Paresh got wild at Tejas to the extent of slapping him. He was also about to slap Renuka of it was not for Sachin.
Renuka always blamed Sayali and her parents for every wrong thing that occured at home. It was nothing new for Paresh. He only used to say Renuka when she talks rubbish or finds fault with Sacha.
This time Paresh got wild at Renuka saying that he doesn't want her to serve him anymore as the latter were to the extent of saying that Savitri has brought fake jewellery for Sayali.
Paresh didn't scold Renuka so severely before. More than her for stealing Sayali's jewellery, he is upset with her for talking I'll about his mother
No son can tolerate if his wife talks ill about his parents and siblings.
So, in my view he is angry on Renuka for falsely accusing Savitri of giving artificial jewellery to Sayali more than accusing Sayali's family for robbing her jewellery.
