In today’s episode, Ekam searched KH; he was about to find the secret passage to the dungeon. So I think the picture of Twinkle and Hitesh is an extended scene from today's episode. However, I don't think Ekam will be able to find Nehmat because Advait might take Nehmat out and leave her in the jungle area.

Also, Harleen felt suspicious about Mallika's behavior today. She is not convinced that Mallika can agree to Ekleen's relationship so easily. I guess Harleen will figure out what happened in the farm house, and she will help Ekam find Nehmat.

Advait never had a deep emotional bond with any girl. He showed some interest in Naaz (I'm not sure if this was out of curiosity or something else). However, the way he interacted with Naaz changed the instant he realized Naaz was Nikhil's girlfriend. Therefore, I don't think that Advait was busy with other things and had no time to keep an eye on Naaz. Also, considering that Advait found time to date Mallika even throughout the election season, I believe it was more like Advait started seeing Naaz as his sister-in-law.
