I suppose Nehmat is finally back to normal, but it's not because of her own suffering instead Nehmat wants to save Ekam. To some extent, Nehmat and Ekam are fighting for each other.

Also, according to the BTS Advait will be slapped, IMO he will become more angry at Nehmat. Then to settle the matter, Nehmat will probably blame Ekam (e.g. car racing accident).

I watched it closely and this is my interpretation.

Ekam telling them about advait 's affair.

Nehmat confronting him defending her husband that he won't do such a thing to ruin his political career

She already know from the lipstick mark earlier he's seeing someone but she still defends him like ablanari

Shamsher who knows advait has a gf gives him a slap finally proving ekam is right.

Angrily he will warn advait to atop seeing that woman or he will make Nehmat the MLA

I could be wrong

But this is how i see it

I liked the scene where Nehmat said she’ll drive and told Ekam to sit in the back. The smirk on Ekam’s face and Advait catching Ekam’s expression made me rofl 🤣 Old Nehmat is slowly coming back and she’s starting to decode her husband which will of course continue to piss him off till he realizes he’s fallen in love with her. Advait can try all he wants but he won’t be able to one up Nehmat now that she’s starting to see through him lol. Normally ML slapping or attempting to slap FL irks me to the core but he’s obviously doing that out of desperation to get rid of Nehmat. He’ll repent loads later when he gets his share of karma.

Hopefully.

Shamsher can do that and he'll also blame Advait for causing much mess🤣. Later, Shamsher will probably even threaten Advait (if Advait does something to jeopardize Kapoors' reputation, Shamsher will give Advait's position to somebody else).

Ekam had the option to leave the bodyguard position, but he doesn't have any desire to do so. This is due to the fact that Ekam now understands how his blunder has ruined Nehmat's life. Ekam is therefore trying to protect Nehmat.
