YES!
Saba came and made Jasmine positive, reduced her screenpresence, killed off Tejo, took the track to London. She obviously had a different storyline in mind. Even though trp decreased may be if given some more time she could have done something better, atleast she would have given a better conclusion to the Angad expose track. Now, once the old writers took over it seems like they are taking revenge against Saba more than anything, like how dare she made Jasmine a supporting character, they came back and said take all the screenspace our dear jasmine.🤣
Saba can't be blamed alone for the trp, old writers are unable to do anything either. There needs to be a story in the first place for audience to connect. Killing off Tejo was the biggest blunder they did. Angad expose on the wedding day, then the heer ranjha sequence followed by a grand wedding where Angad's accomplice that is Jasmine trying to create ruccus would have been a much much better track. Atleast there would have been a consistency in the story. Now, I feel it's too late for them to get back on track. They have messed up the story totally.
Completely agree with u...Saba is not the sole reason for the trp decrease...infact she gave some of the best scenes of Fatejo though later ruined the story
Instead of that stupid London track there could have been so many tracks like heer ranjha or as u said Angad's expose on the wedding day....atleast she could have not killed Tejo n bring the leap...makers have messed up with bringing the new writer without giving proper details abt the entire storyline and then again changing the writers and bringing back the old ones who are only obsessed with their ladli...they could have kept Saba till the end of the London track for a proper closure as old writers are experts in not giving a proper closure to most of their tracks
Now they messed up so badly...sabka kachra kar daala...and I doubt if they can rectify this damage as this time it's a huge one...if not handled very carefully then makers can forget their show very soon
