Whoever put that fire did not want kid news to reach Fateh.

According to spoiler Tejo does tell Angad about pragnancy and wants to call off marraige.

J still does not know it. But quit possible she finds out and does not react and plays her game secretly.

Tejo also wants to inform Fateh about the kid inspite of all MU between them.Tejo is still thinking straight and does not want to mess with her child.

Now i don't blame Fateh or Tejo for anything😭. These two have been trapped . My poor Fatejo😒

Oh is this a new spoiler Shan? I thought she finds out and goes to meet Fateh with Jasmine's help. Then I bet Tejo told jasmine she's pregnant and needs to see Fateh. I didn't know she actually calls off wedding with Angad, i was thinking she never makes it back do to fire.
