The fire doesn't happen at sandhus. Wedding hall main aag lagti hai shayad and ya this hall was booked by angad when rupi asked ghar se kyun nahi he said ghar se twice she got married and it didn't work out so this time basant hall main shadi hogi.

Js phone is nowhere in precap she's reading a paper and gets fb of their night together then fateh on phone says tejo main pahunch raha hu..tejo running and pehle fateh jeep main hai then he's shown running as well so if precap is not misleading then fateh ka jeep kharab ho gaya so he starts running and ends up reaching late.

No i think during heart attack drama she offered to donate blood tho check up tab hua hoga and they might have sent report that she's pregnant coz fb that she got was of satrangi night. Otherwise as usual precap is probably misleading.
