Because Punjabis where I live wear nice clothes. To be honest if you live somewhere outside India then I won't Count on it being the norm. Unless they are celebrities there aren't many good desi ethnic outfits outside India.

She's in Germany so don't know wat Indian women wear there. Lekin lower middle class yahan ke tho aise nahi pehente maybe some rural areas but not cities. Yes they wear suits but better fitted better color and definitely not all the Salma sitara chamkili lace crap on daily basis. South ka alag hai do bachon ki amma bhi low waist skinny jeans pehente hai and that's not even in city like Bangalore. Small town main bhi aisa hi hai. Up north in small towns suits pehente hai but nice simple ones not designer stuff. There are exceptions ofcourse some do dress like tejo but most are much better and decent. But ye tv show hai where even poor people dress well especially ekta mata ke shows main. Culture ke hisaab se kapde hote hai usually like if family is gujarati marathi ya punjabi in show tho waise hi stlye karenge kuch hadd tak. Inka pata nahi kya bakwas hai😕 Pind hai ok understood but college now supposedly HOD hai tho sober hi sahi kuch dang ka fitting tho de do bhai.😔

My main problem is with how weirdly fitting, and out of common sense her clothes are.lectureres never wear something so Chikna Chamakta Sitara kind of clothes. Her initial wardrobe made much more sense it was simple sober and basically fit her character as well as her job. And fitting our house help has better fitted clothes actually.

Vaise generally shows Mein Ghanta Fark padta hai that it matches the social status or not. Ishqbaaz Mein everyone had gorgeous clothes even when Anika was poor. Anupama shows a middle class Gujarati family your everyone is dressed so well.
