Scenes like this make me trust the writers a lil teeny bit that they will give a confrontation, because how clever they were with this. See, in the precap they showed that dono maje se ludak gaye...
However what happened was T slept, and F though wanted to hold her hand, and leaned a lot, he wasn't touching her himself. Because he knows he does not have any right, she can because (while she doesn't think so) she has. She can do whatever she wants, but he is very very respectful of her boundaries because he understands he's lost any and every right. Sure there are exceptions like the hug scene, or pole scene, because if she is even in the slightest danger, it's just boxer's bailbuddhi at work. I just found this so heartwarming.
and this is what I mean the guy has shades. Contrast this with airport kaand where he doesn't have any love for her, doesn't let her touch him at all, yet constantly touches, hugs, basically plays like a hunter does with his prey. He doesn't even grant her basic humanity in that scene.
