He'd know that he isn't the father, but angad may have just bribed everyone in the hospital, and they may have the fake reports.

Sure it might be related to property as well, and considering angad, a partner is involved, chances are more.

Well most dramatic tho ye hoga ki virks ka saara maal ab J ka ho chuka and virks sadako pe aa gaye. Fake accident case wo fateh pe hi dalegi. She said dar ke rehna.
