I can understand why Tejo is not clarifying, cause it is anyways not going to make any change in her life nor her decision. She is going to move out of that house and don't want any relation with Fateh then why she will mess up another 2 lives just to prove her innocence to Fateh who don't deserve any clarification after what he has done with her. She knows her relation is breaking not cause of her so called affair but because of Fateh's infidelity with the help of her sister.

It makes no logical sense she accepting the affair 🤪 It has to be she refuse to clarify. Those who trust her don't require clarification and those who want clarification don't matter to her anymore. She will walk off with her head held high and Simran anyways is not going to be quiet for long.
