Already there is so much bias in the perception of NE and shit shows like this will propagate false ideas about the people here.

Unfortunately mera popat hi ho raha hain.

And don't remind me of Nima. The way she is treated and the way she accepts it....it makes me want to throttle the makers. I am from North East India and these makers have no idea about the women from this part of the country. Many portions have matriarchal society too and women here are very much decisive and breadwinners. Gadhe log🤦

Nima wala show makes me regret wishing for a show depicting NE. They are just doing their everyday kachra and dragging the name of NE with it.

I left watching ITV like 8-9 years ago because I always find these good shows but they disappear without a trace due to all the garbage being TRP toppers 🤢

I don't even know if I should consider myself fortunate or unfortunate that I stumbled upon BB to only watch it burn in this TRP race Koi nahi... I just console myself that atleast I found such a gem of a show which had such a well written ML and FL, highlights topics like menstruation, sex ed, consent, etc. etc.

I cannot imagine your plight while seeing a show like Nima, it's such a big insult and middle finger to all people from NE and the female gender. 🤢
