After jasfraudia incident It was fateh who initiated the plan to help tejo and J went along with it. Not saying she didn't help she did. But not like a real sister wud. It was more meethi churi i want attention types. But back then it looked childish and selfish but later the character arc just got evil and obsessive.
Jasmeen lack moral sensibility, not caring about right and wrong. Anything against her is wrong and someone supportive of her is right. The problem lies in her upbringing, she was never told off when she made mistake, her mistake was either hidden or brushed aside terming it as childish. Fateh only added water to this monster tree by ignoring her mistake which grew into criminal acts later. She had no regrets about framing Gippy or Maami cause she don't think it is mistake. Even in EMA, she don't think that she is doing anything wrong cause she believes Fateh and her love each other and there is nothing wrong to be together and Tejo would understand as always whereas Fateh knows that he is morally wrong in cheating.
