There can only be two reasons

Some still playing ringa ringa roses in botanical gardens in their own wonderland not aware of recent happenings of the show

The others who are aware landed in hospitals for major heartattacks unable to tolerate ibadati love gala at the swings diminished by the pull of a trigger

Some leftovers still surviving no heartattacks hid in pigeon holes afraid of the overjoyed fatejoins

Or the wrath of the angry tejorians who doesnt want fateh to return to tejo's life
