This proves that channel doesn't care about Sukor anymore if Anjor worked they would kill off Sukor.

Well, we knew that.

Good thing is that decision is not yet taken, since they aired promo for Sukor's meeting (I think for this they even checked reactions on sns that's why promo was posted so early on yt).

If show continues after this then Meejay and Sukor will be ignored totally. Something like SDCH leads.

Trps for this week and last week will be crucial. Jail drama last week was to much dragged but at least it wasn't much confusing and disquasting as weeks before (Gumli were tonned down a bit focus was mainly on Chakor and Anjor). It's not good they started this week with episode like todays but at least trps will show is audiences interest in Sukor stronger then disquasting Gumli and Gumaan in particular.

Seems like 8:30 pm slot is definetly going to this new show, if they decide to keep Udaan they will give it different slot.

But why dead line only to Udaan ?

Almost all their shows undergone revamp.

None of them worked well for Channel.

It would have acceptable if they are closely watching two or 3 shows and make a decision after it,like 7.30 slot and did it actually worked after revamp ?

Decision is not taken so chances are still there for udaan

Suraj re-entry promo was shown from Thursday so viewers would have definitely watched Thursday and Friday episodes

Hope trp increases

Why can't they closely watch the trps of their so called popular actors shows?😡

And a Sukor Fan Shock to hear this

I think the new show will be competing Qayamat ki raat which is there in top 15 at 7 pm and that slot is empty after mahakali

This shaheer starrer must be on pilot atleast 2 or more months ago

They must have selected some slot earlier or alteast 2 to 3 slots

In that case why promote udaan anjor ki in all shows of colors

Such promotion is not done for new shows also. It was decision of channel not makers. Pulling off will make fun of channel more than the makers and team.

Also adding so much cast members to show 2 month mela where no one getting proper screen space including leads

And if at all udaan is really going off air i think there is problem from side of makers. Colors does give extension to all it shows and i don't think it has gave any till now to udaan. Naamkaran was also pulled off abruptly without extension. I am sure channel must have tried knowing the online popularity like ishqbaaz ( it is still running lower than naamkaran trp) but makers backed off nd replacing it with low budget mild show

wid new actors (KCL) . Maybe the production house is struggling financially , not interested in making telly soaps or Wrong decisions , abrupt planning in revamp ( forced by channel - makers didnt want leap). If thats true you cannot let things run for long time if it had been forced. It will also be like bandhuagiri and ghulami from channel ( too much involvement in story) and now makers want freedom

sorry if that hurts anyone my pov on reasoning of udaan if its really getting shut

Keeping everything aside I liked IWM & its article...they called Udaan a successful show ,they tweeted its end of an era ,replied to fans

I wish we get an extension

She's confirmed the news?! I just hope in all this rush they resolve sukor's issue convincingly... especially the naina part has to be cleared. After all the trp viewers have given them they need to give a proper ending to the story.

Looks like an abrupt shut down..That's disrespect to a show that was successful for 4 long years..

Agree !! There is nothing much to explore, but since the leap happened, a lot of angles can be focussed, but pathetic writing only gave importance to Ghumli..Hence the drop in TRPs..

Though, I made peace with the decision, "its completely Unfair"..Atleast 3-4 months prior notice is to be given, an intimation that its under the scanner could be given, its not easy for the actors to get another project, sudden decisions can make them wait long..Hence its UNFAIR !!
