Some sort of celebration?

I say Sukor shaadi. We always wanted it and it fits with VJ's words that we will get scenes which we want and like. And it will be surprise for us. (Again highest level of optimism from my side 😃)

And it will probably end with something happening to Saanvi and then leap.

I agree, I think it's Saanvi's birthday, but why isn't VJ dressed up?

Will they take a few months leap? it's too soon to have celebrations after Vivaan's death.

But why Suraj not in traditional costumes? Maybe he just back home.
Since they are celebrating that's means Vivaan is all right?

Suraj probably had some important work to do and that's why he isn't dressed up (I bet it's something related to Vivaan, to increase Imli's bitterness), if he was living away from haveli, he would've still dressed up for the party.
