i think this was taken when she was opening the gym during the old times when he used to make money out of her fame.

she went to open a gym where Suraj was made to go out...

this is during the days immediately after the brideswap wedding...when Suraj used to blackmail her and also take her to various ceremonies like opening of gym, about sports centre making money out of her celebrity status
