It's not Vidhi. Don't ask me how I know, coz even I don't know that. I think girl is one of the fans.

Fan who made selfie's don't have reason to hide if it's her, and if ph wanted to keep it secret then they wouldn't let them take a pic with Vidhi at first place.

And this smiley gives feeling it's something personal why he wanted to hide a face.

Besides that Vidhi was shooting yesterday with Keith in film city and based on her today's insta story it didn't looked like she is going to travel but spending her day off.
