It's just that they can't tolerate udaan completing 1000 episodes and still running successfully. Had it deviated from its path, it wouldn't have maintained the success.

what I want to add is that even if udaan has deviated from its original path, what will happen when still people like it and enjoy watching it??? as long as it is high in rankings, the original aim is not that much important although like many of you I think every thing is going in a nice balance... except sukor problems 😃

Sara your thinking is logical and practical
but my issue is that they shouldnt lie about whats being shown. Most of the time i feel the writers of those articles and reviews have never watched the show and just like to write it off.

Even the shows with lowest trps get positive articles

I wonder how many of them are Vikor fans or unhappy with Chakor ending up with Suraj.
Udaan has mostly kept the social message but they can't just show a social message without showing Chakor's personal life otherwise it'll be difficult for viewers to connect with the show and I don't see how showing Chakor's love life is different from showing her bond with her parent or with Imli.

The only tracks that had very little social issues were the marriage swap, baby track 2 and KN's return from prison but even then there were some issues that were mentioned even if not addressed properly like the gun factory and the contracts that the villagers signed with Ragini.

You can't criticize post leap Udaan without criticizing pre-leap Udaan where the show also veered away from social issues and was reduced to Chakor vs Udaan but no one was criticizing it then.

I agree that the fact the PH doesn't make effort to get good publicity, but it's sad that you need to be friends with the media for them to praise you. Another factor is that fans of any show tend to speak disparagingly of rival shows especially those doing better than them. Also there is this elitist view of TRP viewers and how they only watch regressive content but it isn't as simple as that, viewers care about getting an interesting story, they don't care if it's a new idea or an old one as long as it's presented in attractive coherent way.

it maybe because of jealousy... but do you think it will have any bad effect on this TV series? I think as long as its ranking is good then it doesnt matter what they write or think...

Oh mesh you are right about the vikor thing.i wasnt much active on social media back then but whatever i saw, some were disappointed with the twist but imo vikor had just started and i dont think they were that big that spiliting them up with cause media to go against the show. Fact is that it is chakors story so whoever will marry her character in.the show will become the official.male lead.
I feel many were expecting the show to fail post bride swap but it worked and that hurt their egos.its like thet were shocked that the show.survived and become more popular

I agree about fans of other shows but i have seen our show fans praise other shows too. Wish people learn to respect other peoples choices and hardwork of the cast
