I read in certain articles and some comments on social media that Udaan has has deviated from its main theme

I defintely dont think so

The show is on a verge of completing 1000 episodes and i can safely say they have shown so many social issues and i continuing to do so

Even the recent kumud twist is related to child trafficking

Just because the sukor story clicked and became the face of the show, that doesnt mean they arent showing tracks focussing around social issues.

Ruby,I guess,,,,,those are simply jealous people,who cant withstand Udaan completing 1000 episodes,that too,so successfully...😳

dont pay heed to them,we all love Udaan and Sukor,and we all do consider it as a genuine good and decent show...which have always remain stuck with rural and social problems,parallelly,along with Sukor love saga

so lets just celebrate our moment of hitting 1000k

I think this has been going on for sometime.

Well Udaan I dont think deviated from the main theme (maybe the baby track 2) was the lean way but they were back and especially post leap they are taking bold step of child (infact sex trafficking) and also organ selling...

Lets just celebrate the 1K celebration now.

Yes sukor has made the golden strike but never had they deviated...

Rabia i agree but i prefer people watch the show before judging it and the characters. Its not easy to run a show successfully with a social theme. Sukor magic obviously captured audience attention post 10 leap but the show always continued showing social issues and majority have been handled in a decent manner

I am surely fascinated seeing the show complete 1000 episodes. Its a huge achievement

Sumi i will give them a benefit of doubt with the baby 2 track because it was as eye opener for them that audience wont accept certain things. At times its important that makers show something as a test to confirm who the audience watch the show for and whats its usp. Baby 2 track.imo confirmed thats its sukor all the way.

The banaras track too had the bandhuagiri theme

And agree about organ/child trafficking issues

I read such a thing about deviating from main theme in lot of articles and even people commenting about Udaan and trps.(other fan groups).

Still I didn't understand why they are feeling so because the banduva and bonded labour thing always there.

And they can't show the same thing when Chakor was a kid because obviously things will change with time and grown up Chakor can fight back more than what she did as a kid.

And romance and marriage track was inevitable in story when showing grown up age part.

Yes,at a time it focused on relationships but then came Sooraj banduva track and then baby track but again the Banaras track was focused on about different kind of banduvagiri.

They are always mixing it with social issues, Chakor's fight for freedom and romance.

And they are getting consistent ratings and in fact only show getting good ratings when taking leaps.

So it's high time media stop using half baked views.

(I feel it's also because our producers who are not into so much of promotions through online media because their target mainly trp audience but other producers are doing it so that lot of praising articles and characters were praising so much by media,after all it's all about business).

Bini you are right ph and channel are not promoting the show as much as the should do. On twitter colors recently started bit of promotion but they promote others much more.

Articles never stress on the positive points. No show is a perfect show but sustaining at a competitive slot is an achievement in itself.

They have one typical line which is 'Udaan deviated from its main theme a long time ago" i dont understand what thay are referring too

At times i think people never watched the show are commenting and taking frustration out

With 1000 episodes completion.i hope seeing the channel ph do something grand for the show

It just reminds me of one rajesh khanna song...Kuch toh log kahenge, logon ka kaam hain kehana, chhodon bekaar ki baaton mein kahi beet na jaaye raina...

Sometimes it feels bad the show which was critically acclaimed is now in bad light post leap

But I don't care,this is Chakor story and her life is not only about fighting for freedom,she has her personal life too...love,marriage...and they r showing both with perfect balance

Amru i think media will be happy if the show had failed in trps post 10 year leap, then they would have given it a tag of a good show. The recent example is sp chakarvuyuh. The show good critical acclaim and is a good show from what i read but didnt click with trps. I agree the show covers chakors story from all.aspects. She is 25 + lady they cant just show her fighting for freedom. That alone wont get the show trps. They need to.understand its a daily soap not a documentry. It airs 5 times a week and they have to show a wide variety of scenes and tracks to keep the audience interest up

Nikita i agree with your view but at times it gets too annoying reading the same thing
