No,this is Kerala kasavu saree.

And Meera gave Malayalam word Sneham(love) as caption in her new IG post.

( Meera has school friends from Kerala so may be she like this and wish to wear it that is why caption childhood dream).

In Hindi shows it's always showed mixed with Tamil and Kerala cultures.

So no wonder Chakor disguised and called as Tamil girl in the show.
