Maybe Suraj has been told by hyar that tejaswani is him.mom and we have kidnapped her. He is doing all this to save his mother

Suraj is Chakor's soulmate, her mirror, do you think Chakor will torture villagers and help sell innocent girls if she was in his place and Buka were kidnapped?

Do you think saving one person however dear he or she is to you justifies harming so many innocent souls? you're better off killing yourself before doing this.

I think Suraj has been trained to be a slave, who doesn't think for himself and just follows his owners' orders. He keeps saying malik and malkin every other sentence. It has been drummed into him that only their words matter and this fits with what Paakhi said. I see the struggle in Suraj to be between his conscience and his training and he needs Chakor's support to overcome this training.
