I think Chakor will ask them not to come, there is a scene in the olv where it looks like Chakor is asking Suraj to promise to do something that he doesn't like. There is no excuse for loss of contact, they can call if they can't come.

dont worry even if no one on earth comes and meet her she will still go to Azandganj and find out her suraj and get him back . yeah Meera says Suraj forgets her, so VJ says yes I forgot why I forget her. so sort of they are confirming about suraj memory loss.
