The forum ranking is supposed to be a weekly measure of the popularity of the different IF forums. It is the sum of the ratings of a number of categories that cover:

the number of active members.

number of user ratings given and how many stars are given.

number of pages visited in the forum.

number of posts and views to posts.

number of views and comments to articles that tag the forum.

though I dont want to take anything anyway but kuch rang pyaar ke and moh moh ke dhaage went off air..so their forums werent there on cm list this week..but still congrats!!
