What else do you expect Vivaan to do? He has been tested multiple times and told by a doctor he is impotent and suddenly one day his wife becomes pregnant. He even went back to that doctor to find out after Imli pregnancy news if he is really impotent and again he got told he is impotent. Vivaan is a narcissist, self obsessed and self loving character who has become a beast but he cannot be blamed for doubting his wife's character.

Imli has no shame she roamed and her sticking to Suraj like glue when Chakor went to Mumbai (foolish Chakor told Imli to take care of Suraj like he is a kid and trust is one thing past equations are another) which added to Vivaan's suspicions. I am sure Imli would not appreciate Chakor sticking to Vivaan like she sticks to Suraj. Imli's touchy and over friendly behaviour with Suraj has led Vivaan to believe this. It is Suraj's fault as well he should have maintained a healthy distance from Imli but he began going downhill from the Imraj car scene ruining all the bandhua redemption.
